Mr. He co-founded DAOchina in 2000 and has served as its Knowledge Director and Managing Director since the Company's incorporation. For more than seventeen years, Cinnic acts as consultant to help companies to manage business risks arising from external environment and internal structure, and capture business opportunities. Cinnic has been providing professional services of management consulting, economic study and business research, audit, and accounting to companies in China and overseas, and his clients are in the businesses of telecommunication, financial services, nuclear energy, hydro energy, aviation energy, chemicals, iron and steel, industrial equipment, home appliances, railroad transportation, computers and related accessories, computer network services, internet services, interactive entertainment and media, international trading, real estates and hospitality, interior products, and chain store services. Mr. He accumulated substantial experiences on business management, research and studies in China, financial and business consultation, as well as assisting clients on group restructuring and listing in China and overseas.
Based on the experiences gained from economic study, business research and management consulting, Mr. He developed the framework of DAOchina Merchants Index to reflect business owners and managers' comments on China business environment, and organized the year 2002 survey in China.
Cinnic is a well-recognized expert on Knowledge Management, and has made great efforts to introduce KM theories and practices into China. Since 1997 to 1999, he was responsible for the implementation of internal KM project for the global consulting organization that he served. In 2002, a team leaded by Cinnic organized KM2002 - China Survey, the first nationwide important survey on KM in China, and he developed a series of practice guidance for individuals and organizations to implement KM in order to build up their core competence - the abilities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
